Nike Huarache “Scream Green” Makes a Comeback

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Nike Air Huarache, and in celebration of the
success of one of Tinker Hatfield’s most seminal designs, the brand is set to re-release the
iconic “Scream Green” colourway.
The White/Scream Green/Royal Blue/Black colourway was the very first look for the
silhouette, so what better way to celebrate the impressive milestone than with a fresh new
release three decades on?
Inspired by the sandal look, the silhouette has enjoyed enormous success in recent years,
becoming one of the brand’s best-selling designs with a raft of colourways arriving every few
months.
Despite receiving dozens of updates, the original colour scheme hasn’t received an update
since 2016. However, to celebrate the landmark anniversary, fans of the style will be
delighted to see its return once more, and it looks as fabulous as ever.
White on the leather and mesh uppers is coupled with titular green on the base, heel strap
and tongue reverse, while royal blue is found on the front section of the shoe. Rounding off
the eye-catching palette is black on the lateral and medial sides of the heel strap to ensure a
look that is bound to steal the show wherever you flaunt ‘em.
The Nike Air Huarache “Scream Green” will arrive on February 19th at Nike SNKRS. Fans of
the style should make sure they’re ready to pounce as this is one colourway that could prove
popular.
