The Rammellzee

The Nike and Supreme collaboration rolls on with a new release out in the Fall/Winter season 2023. They’ve come out with another set of Dunks with rumours of this collaboration having been circulating for months but there’s been nothing official released by either company to confirm or deny them.

There was some confusion due to Dover Street Market Singapore dropping the shoes onto their website and in store back in July, which were sold out in minutes, but they used mock ups by a different designer as they probably had no access to the official images from Nike (designer on insta is @dropsgg).

Back in March, there were whispers that a release was imminent for the Spring/Summer 23 season and some photos were provided that showcased the new Dunks printed with artwork by Rammellzee. There’s possibly two different designs, both inspired by Rammellzee’s unique gothic graffiti with a futurist twist.

There was no reason given as to why the SS23 release did not go ahead, and there are now new talks of them being released at the end of August in America and Europe and the first week of September in Japan. Again, we have no official confirmation from either Supreme or Nike on this as yet, but social media is abuzz with the rumours.

The Dunks themselves are going to be made of uppers of black suede and canvas with the designs in between. The laces have the Supreme charms on in black or white options and the Dunk Low and Highs are available. The Highs will also be in a white colour option for those who want both designs.

The trainers will have both Supreme and Nike branding as normal, with the hangtag will showcase the “World Famous” tagline, synonymous with this collection. We can’t wait for this to be released and looking forward to seeing the exact design and colours when Nike and Supreme officially list them on their websites and in stores.
