Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 270 React Cactus Jack

The Travis Scott and Nike relationship is blooming, and we love to see it. It’s like watching two friends start a blossoming romance after years of ‘will they, won’t they?’ drama even though they’ve been the perfect couple all along.

Each Travis Scott designed Nike shoe has been a massive hit with sneaker fans and his new rendition of the Air Max 270 React will soon be ready to drop alongside the collection of Air Force One, Air Jordan’s and SB Dunks already in his repertoire.

Ever since fans heard that Travis Scott was gong to be doing something new with the React style rumours have abounded about what is going to feature; the backwards Swoosh? More mixed materials? Well, now we finally have a definitive look at the design, as well as a release date.

The look has a no-sew upper consisting of a number of different materials with a cream rippled upper middle section, with a black and grey panelling around the toe and lacing. The shoe has plenty of features to catch the eye including red lace loops and toggle fastening, a Cactus Jack emblazoned heel pull and white and orange miniature Swoosh designs along the outside of the foot.

All of this sits atop a unique orange and white outsole containing the iconic air cushioned heel. The React foam is used to build up the soleplate and used alongside the Air bubble these are going to be a seriously comfortable pair of trainers as well as a serious contender for best looking colourway of 2020.

Anticipation for the new Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 270 React Cactus Jack is already through the roof and we now have a drop date of May 29. So get ready to cop at select retailers and online. Release price is around $170 (£136.55) and is expected to sell out fast.
