The “Black/Gold” colourway is a stunning rendition of the High Retro OG, and this all-new AJ1 has future classic written all over it. Well, we say “all-new”, but it actually isn’t new – at least not for Jordan Brand as they used this colour scheme to great success on an AJ1 mid that was released way back in 2003.
And that’s not the only time we’ve seen it, as the colourway was also present on a style created in the 80s, which was given to His Airness’ family and friends, although that was over 30 years ago so not many of you are likely to remember that one!
Dressed in a luxurious black and gold outfit, the shoe’s constructed using a soft but durable glossy leather, which will help you shine bright like a diamond whenever you’re sporting these flashy numbers. The shoe is predominantly black, with gold on the ankle collars, Air Jordan branding and trademark Nike Swoosh complimenting the darker tones beautifully.
